Educe means to extract something hidden.
Just like gifts, hidden deep inside of us, we learn how to extract our treasure to find our worth.
To find our potential we seek, explore and reflect with thought-provoking questions about who we are and who we want to be. We focus on what is important to us, alongside working towards positive steps to become all we can be. Becoming a person of value to ourselves and others around us. We will introduce new patterns to our daily routine, by using our time effectively. Our behaviour will be questioned, goals will be set and daily affirmations and gratitude will be used in this process.
